Based on an ad readership study conducted by AD Score Publication Research, Food Engineering Magazine presented Turchette with an Advertising Excellence Award for its full page ad on behalf of its client, Rovema, a German-based provider of packaging machinery for the food industry. Of the 50+ advertisers included in the recall study, the Rovema ad tied for first place with 71% of (web and mail) survey respondents (subscribers) having “noticed or recalled” the ad. Respondents voluntarily commented that the Superman inference and messaging was clever, attention-grabbing and informative.
