Fred Ghilino – Account Supervisor, Director, Business Development

Fred’s consistent and fruitful pursuit of new business (along with his willingness to tackle new challenges) make him the ideal person to take the lead on the agency’s new business initiatives.  His enthusiasm for generating revenue and pitching to new prospects is evident for all to see. As the agency’s Director of Business Development, he will now be responsible for all new business meetings, agency marketing tools, presentation decks/videos, e-blasts, videos and enhancements to the Turchette website. His broad skill set and his client-focused attitude are perfectly suited to this critical new role at Turchette.

Dana Rovito – Senior Account Supervisor

Dana’s eight years at the center of Turchette’s account management team have given her a unique perspective on the ever-changing dynamics between agency and client. Her experience on the front lines of client relations has been integral to our growth since 2011 and her commitment to meeting our clients’ needs pays dividends when they come back to hire us again and again, no matter what the industry nor the marketing challenge. As Senior Account Supervisor, she will continue to play an integral role in the agency’s day-to-day management while helping to guide both our colleagues and our clients to future growth.

Danette Green – Vice President, Account Management

Nine years ago, Danette came to us wearing may hats, and ultimately settled in to play a major role in the agency’s account management and new business teams. She brings a special blend of talents that our clients have come to trust. Building on 20+ years of experience in the both the corporate marketing world and the agency side of the business, her professional touch helps manage vital pieces of our client roster. Despite her workload, she consistently finds time to go out of her way to help foster a work culture that is equal parts fun and philanthropic.  We look forward to even more of the same in her new role.
